Welcome to use the products and services of Gongzige Platform provided by JLJ Data Co., Ltd.!
JLJ Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) attaches great importance to the privacy and personal information protection of users (hereinafter referred to as “you”). In order to protect your relevant rights, before using the products and services of Gongzige Platform, please be sure to carefully read and thoroughly understand the content of this “Gongzige Platform Products and Services Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”). Through this Policy, we will explain to you how we access, update, manage and protect your information, and how we may process (including collection, usage, storage, handling, transmission and provision, etc.) this information when using our products and services. If you have any questions about the content of this Policy, please contact us promptly for explanation.
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by Gongzige Platform (including the official website version, Application, and WeChat App, if the specific functions on different versions differentiate, then only the relevant clauses shall be applicable depending on the relevant functions), and does not apply to products or services other than those mentioned above, or products or services provided by any other third party (hereinafter collectively referred to as “third-party services”). Before choosing to use third-party services, you should fully understand the product functions and privacy protection policies of third-party services.
This Policy is closely related to the products and services provided by Gongzige Platform that you use. Please read it carefully before using the relevant products and services and confirm that you have fully known and understood the contents stated in this Policy. Once you start using or by continuing to use our products and services after we update this Policy, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to the contents of this Policy (including the updated version), and that you have agreed to our collection, use, storage and sharing of your relevant information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy or related content, you should immediately stop using Gongzige Platform. If you are under 18 years old, please read this Policy accompanied by a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

1. How do we collect your personal information
1.1 Personal information provided by you when you use our products and services.
a) Register/Log in to the account
When you register/log in to your Gonzige Platform account, you are required to provide your mobile phone number. We will send a SMS verification code to the mobile phone number you provided to us to verify the mobile phone number you provided to us is true and valid. If you do not provide your mobile phone number to us and undergo the verification, the account registration will fail and you will not be able to use the relevant functions on this Platform.
b) Real-name authentication and legal person verification
After you complete the registration as a user at the Gongzige Platform, you have the option to choose three identity/role which is Employee user, Boss user or HR user.
i. Employee user: When you log in to your Gongzige Platform account as an Employee user and use the pay slip viewing function for the first time, in accordance with laws and regulations, to ensure the authenticity of your identity and the real-name authentication process requirement is completed, you need to provide us with your legal name, mobile phone number, type of identification document, identification number, so we can accurately verify your identity. If you refuse to provide the above information to us, we are unable to undergo the general real-name authentication service for you, and you will not be able to use the pay slip viewing related products/services.
ii. Boss user: When you add a Payroll Account under the Boss user, to ensure the authenticity of your identity, the real name authentication process requirement has been completed by you and the authenticity of Payroll Account, you shall first provide us with:
· your legal name, mobile phone number, type of identification document, identification number, so we can accurately verify your identity; and
· the Payroll Account’s company name, unified social credit code, the name of the legal representative of the company, the identification number of the company’s legal representative, letter of authorization and other information.
If you refuse to provide the above information, you are unable to use the relevant functions and we are unable to provide you with the products/services related to the addition of Payroll Account on this Platform.
iii. HR user: When you add a Payroll Account under the HR user, you need to provide us with the company name and unified social credit code of the Payroll Account in order for us to verify whether the Payroll Account has already been registered on this Platform. Please pay attention to the unified social credit code as you are unable to modify the unified social credit code information once you have filled in and submitted that information. When you act as a HR user and use the pay slip publishing function to publish payroll slips to employees, in order to ensure the authenticity of your identity, the real name authentication process requirement has been completed by you and the authenticity of Payroll Account, you need to first provide us with:
· your legal name, mobile phone number, type of identification document, identification number, so we can accurately verify your identity; and
· the Payroll Account’s company name, unified social credit code, the name of the legal representative of the company, the identification number of the company’s legal representative, letter of authorization and other information.
If you refuse to provide the above information, you are unable to use the relevant functions and we are unable to provide you with the products/services related to the addition of Payroll Account and publishing payroll slips on this Platform.
1.2 Your personal information we obtain from you when you use our products and services
When you use the products or services of Gongzige Platform, we will obtain your relevant personal information in the following circumstances. If you refuse to provide the information required for some services, you may not be able to use those services.
a) Device information: We will receive and record information about the device you use based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, including but not limited to device model, operating system version, software version number, IP address, device MAC address, IMEI, Android ID and other software and hardware feature information. We will collect some of your device permissions to provide more convenient and better services:
i. Based on camera and webcam permissions: Camera and webcam usage permissions are used in specific business scenarios for real-name authentication and can only be performed with your authorization and consent;
ii. Based on location permissions: When you use location-related services, we will collect and record the location information of your device with your authorization and consent;
iii. Based on storage permissions: Storage permissions are obtained to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you enable us to read/write your device storage, we will read or write necessary information such as images and file information from your device storage space to store logs or runtime data.
Please be aware that the prerequisite for obtaining the above permissions is that you have allowed the camera, webcam, location, and storage permissions in your device to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions in the settings/application permissions of your device (varies by device types), and can choose to turn on or off the corresponding permissions as needed. Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect or use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. However, it will not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.
b) Log information: We will collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant logs, including the method, type and status of network access, network quality data, operation logs, service log information and other information.
1.3 Information provided by enterprise
When HR users use the payroll calculation service with the authorization of the enterprise on Gongzige Platform, we will collect your personal information provided by your linked enterprise, including your name, ID certificate type, ID certificate number, employee number, salary information, attendance information, social insurance information, housing provident fund information, personal income tax information, bank card information for the purpose of salary payment.
For the information provided by the enterprise mentioned above, we process the information according to the instructions of your enterprise, and your enterprise is responsible for informing you of the purpose, manner and scope of the processing of personal information, and your enterprise shall obtain your consent in advance. If you have any questions about the content or claim your rights and interests in relation to personal information, you are aware and understand that you can contact your enterprise or the HR role of the relevant Payroll Account to deal with the matter.
When you use the Platform and process other’s personal information, you should ensure that all personal information processing activities you conduct during your use of the Platform (including personal information processing activities authorized by you to be conducted by the Platform) have been fully authorized by the relevant personal information subject, otherwise you shall bear all responsibilities.
1.4 Your information obtained from third party
In order to provide you with services, we will obtain your relevant personal information from third parties that we collaborate with or through other legal means.
1.5 Other information we collect
If you or your enterprise choose to use other services we provide based on your needs, we may need to collect your information that is not included in the above list based on the service. At that time, we will collect, use, store, share and protect your information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and the corresponding user agreement.
2. How do we use your personal information
2.1 We will use your information under the following circumstances while protecting the security of your personal information:
a) In accordance to the provisions of this Policy, we will use the personal information collected by us in order to fulfill the functions of Gongzige Platform products and services.
b) In order to ensure the stability, security, effectiveness and enforceability of the service, we may use your personal information for identity authentication, security prevention, fraud monitoring, prevention or prohibition of illegal activities, risk reduction, archiving and backup purposes, etc.;
c) Where we need to comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
d) We may de-identify or anonymize your personal information for comprehensive statistics, analysis and processing to help us evaluate, improve or design products, services and operational activities;
e) We will collect statistics on the use of our products and services and may share these statistics with public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of our products and services. However, these statistics do not contain any of your personal information.
2.2 In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and national standards, we will process your personal information without seeking your authorization or consent in the following circumstances, provided that the security of your personal information is ensured:
a) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
b) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
d) When it is necessary to protect the life, health, or property safety of you or other individuals;
e) Processing your personal information that you have disclosed on your own or that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with legal provisions.
2.3 Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;
2.4 When it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party, or for the implementation of human resources management in accordance with labor rules and regulations formulated in accordance with the law and collective contracts signed in accordance with the law;
2.5 Other circumstances required by the law, regulations and regulatory requirements.
We will use the information we collect within the purposes covered by this Policy. If we use your personal information beyond the scope of the purpose stated at the time of collection and the scope that is directly or reasonably related to it, or if we want to use personal information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.
3. How do we entrust processing, share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
3.1 How we entrust the processing of your personal information
In order to improve the efficiency of information processing, reduce the costs of information processing, or improve the accuracy of information processing, we may entrust our capable affiliates or other professional institutions (trusted companies) to process user information on our behalf. We will only entrust them to process your information for the legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes stated in this Policy. The companies we entrust to process your personal information can only access the information required for them to perform their duties. We will sign a strict confidentiality agreement/confidentiality clause with them, requiring the entrusted companies to not use this information for any other purpose beyond the scope of the entrustment, and to process your personal information in accordance with this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. If the entrusted company uses your information for purposes not entrusted by us, the entrusted company will obtain your consent separately.
3.2 How we share your personal information
a) We will not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- Obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
- When necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal process requirements, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
- Only by sharing your personal information is it possible to realize the core functions of our products or services or to provide the services you need;
- Assisting in resolving disputes or claims between you and others in accordance to your legitimate request;
- Providing your personal information upon legal request by your guardian;
- In accordance with the relevant agreement signed by you (including the electronic agreement signed online and the corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
- Use based on social public interests in accordance with laws and regulations;
- Sharing with authorized suppliers and service providers: To achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, we will share some of your personal information with our third-party partners.
We will conduct personal information security impact assessments in accordance with internal standards when necessary, strictly screen partners necessary for our business based on the assessment results, conduct security testing on third-party API SDK’s that obtain your personal information, and agree on strict data protection measures with authorized partners to process your personal information in accordance with our entrusted purposes, service descriptions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
b) We will strictly restrict third parties involved in data processing in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant provisions. They are required to strictly comply with our measures and requirements for data privacy protection, including but not limited to processing in accordance with data protection agreements, commitments and relevant data processing policies to ensure data security. You can refuse to provide relevant information through the privacy protection settings. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use normally the relevant additional functions or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your use of our basic functions.
3.3 How do we transfer your personal information
We will not transfer your personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals, except in the following circumstances:
a) Transferring with your explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties with your explicit consent;
b) If the user’s personal information needs to be transferred due to merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, etc., we will inform the user of the name and contact information of the recipient. In accordance with the law, the recipient shall continue to perform the obligations of the personal information processor;
c) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
3.4 How do we disclose your personal information publicly
a) We will not proactively disclose your personal information publicly. If disclosure is necessary, we will obtain your consent and inform you of the purpose and type of disclosure of your personal information. If sensitive personal information is involved, we will also inform you of the content of the sensitive personal information and obtain your consent in advance.
b) If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreement of Gongzige Platform, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of us and other users and the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information publicly under the mandatory requirements of the law, legal procedures, litigation or government authorities.
3.5 Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when we entrust you to process, share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information.
a) In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, we may entrust the processing, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization or consent:
i. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
ii. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
iii. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
iv. Necessary to protect the life or property safety of you or other individuals;
v. The personal information processed is personal information that you have disclosed yourself or that has been legally disclosed;
vi. Necessary for the performance of legal duties or obligations;
vii. Where it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party, or for the implementation of human resources management in accordance with legally formulated labor rules and regulations and legally signed collective contracts;
viii. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
ix. Other circumstances required by laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
4. How do we store your personal information?
4.1 Location of information storage
The personal information we collect and generate during our operations in the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “China”) is stored in China. If you generate personal information when using our products or services outside China, you agree to transfer it back to servers stored in China, otherwise you will not be able to use the existing products or services. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately and equally protected in China.
4.2 Information storage period
We will only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this policy and within the time limit required by laws, regulations and supervisory authorities.
5. How do we protect your personal information
5.1 We attach great importance to the security of your information. We strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures to protect your user information. Prevent user information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. For example, we will use encryption technology to improve the security of user information; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent user information from malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information; and we will hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting user information. We will take reasonable and feasible measures to try to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information and retain your personal information for a period limited to the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or within the period permitted by law.
5.2 When our products and services cease to operate, we will notify you through system messages or announcements, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time, immediately stop collecting personal information, and close third-party application service interfaces to prevent third-party services from collecting and continuing to use your personal information.
5.3 We have the responsibility and obligation to remind you that the Internet is not an absolutely safe environment. We recommend that you use strong passwords as required, do not disclose your passwords or verification codes, do not borrow your account and device to others at will, and pay attention to protecting the security of your device and personal information. If there is abnormal activity on your account or has been hacked, please change your password on time. If necessary, you can contact us for assistance in the manner specified in this Policy.
5.4 If your information is accessed without authorization, disclosed, tampered with, or destroyed due to external malicious intrusion and destruction of our physical, technical, or management protection facilities by attackers, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will assume the legal obligation to promptly notify you and assist the public security organs in all necessary investigations and the collection of evidence concerning you.
5.5 In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the personal information security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you, etc. We will also promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, letter or telephone, etc. When it is difficult to inform the information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective means to send system messages or issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also proactively report the disposal of the personal information security incident in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
6. Links to third parties
Our products and services may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to the third-party website. If you use, view or otherwise contact a third-party web page, product or service, please contact them directly to obtain details about their personal information policy and make necessary assessments and considerations on your own.
7. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
To ensure the normal operation of the website, we will store data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain user identifiers, city names, and some characters. 8. Your rights regarding personal information
In accordance with laws, regulations, and standards related to personal information protection, as well as common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights over your personal information:
8.1 Accessing your personal information. You have the right to access your personal information, except for circumstances provided by laws and regulations.
8.2 Correction and supplementation of your personal information. If you find that the personal information we process about you is wrong or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or supplement it.
8.3 Deleting your personal information. You may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
a) If our processing of your personal information violates laws and regulations;
b) If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent, but it does not meet the authorization exceptions described in this Policy;
c) If our prossessing of your personal information violates our agreement with you;
d) If you no longer use our products and services or you cancel your account on Gongzige Platform;
e) If we no longer provide you with our Gongzige products and services;
f) If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from Gongzige Platform and request them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or regulatory policies, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
Because we maintain services to prevent accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be deleted from our backup system within a limited time. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
8.4 Changing your authorization
Each business function of our products or services may require some basic user information to be completed. In addition, for the collection and use of additional user information, you can request to withdraw part or all of your consent to the content of this Policy through our contact information or by cancelling your account. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding user information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the user information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
8.4 Cancellation
If you cancel your personal account, you need to cancel your account through the“Personal Center-Cancel Account”on the Gongzige Platform.
If you want to cancel the Payroll Account, you need to cancel it through the“HR Role-Payroll Account Settings-Cancel”on the Gongzige Platform.
Before your personal account is cancelled, Gongzige Platform will remind you to download historial data and will request you to verify your personal information and device security through the account login password and the mobile phone verification code. Please note if you are a Boss role of a Payroll Account on Gongzige Platform, you must relinquish your management authority before you cancel your Gongzige Platform personal account. If you are a HR role of a Payroll Account on Gongzige Platform, you must transfer your management authority or cancel the Payroll Account with the appropriate procedure on the Platform before you cancel your Gongzige Platform personal account.
Before the Payroll Account is cancelled, Gongzige Platform will remind you as its HR role to download historical data and will request you to verify through the relevant Payroll Account’s enterprise legal representative verification.
After your account is cancelled, we will stop providing you with products and services, and will delete all data on the Gongzige Platform or anonymize it after the statutory retention period expires. However, in certain circumstances, such as reasonably necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, contractual obligations, resolving disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, we will retain non-personally identifiable information after your account is cancelled.
When your personal account is cancelled, if the Payroll Account which you have been linked to before still uses Gongzige Platform’s products and services, your relevant information will still be retained in the relevant Payroll Account. When the Payroll Account which you have been linked to is cancelled, but the personal users still uses Gongzige Platform’s products and services, the relevant information of the relevant personal users will still be retained in the corresponding personal user account.
8.5 Constraint information automatic decision-making system
The business functions of Gongzige Platform does not involve automated decision-making scenarios, and therefore does not involve constraint mechanisms related to automated decisions.
8.6 Responding to your request
If you encounter any problems regarding the collection, management, storage or use of your personal information during the use of Gongzige Platform, or have any concerns about Gongzige Platform’s arrangements involving your personal information, you may contact us using the contact information in this Policy.
For security reasons, we may need you to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. In principle, we do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated or unreasonable amount of requests, we will charge a certain fee depending on the circumstances. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repeated, require too many technical means (for example, the need to develop new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes). In the following circumstances, we are unable to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:
a) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
b) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgment;
d) Sufficient evidence that you are malice or abuse of rights;
e) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
f) Involving trade secrets;
g) Obviously contrary to the business needs of your enterprise.
9. Cross-border transfer of your personal information
Your personal information will only be stored on servers located in China, and we will not transfer it overseas. However, if your information controller is a multinational or overseas company, it may be transferred to an overseas headquarters due to the transfer of information within the company. For details, please refer to the relevant privacy policy of such company. Such information is not within the scope of our protection.
10. Policy on protection of minors’ personal information
We attach great importance to the protection of information of minors. If you are under the age of 18, you should ask your guardian to read this Policy carefully and use our products or services or provide us with information only with your guardian’s consent.
11. Amendment and modification of this Policy
11.1 We may revise this Policy from time to time. We will revise this Policy in a timely manner if the following circumstances:
a) Changes in the functions of Gongzige platform’s products or services;
b) Changes in the way personal information is collected, used or purpose of use;
c) Changes in the methods of entrusting processing, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information;
d) Changes to personal information storage, management and protection measures;
e) Changes to contact information;
